These are a matching pair of Penn Senator 3130 NTWL wire line rods.. 6'6" 20-40# .. they are several years old, but I really only used them 1 season before building others to replace them..so they are like new.. They pull umbrella's and big plugs great, and being a little softer, they do pretty good with spoons as well.. plus, with a lighter blank and nitride ring guides, they serve as an all-around boat rod when fished with mono or braid
