After hearing all of the great reports from the bay I had to get out today.... The good news is the fishing was great, the bad news is I only had 40 minutes to fish since I have evening classes and gotta travel to Brooklyn... Bass were all over the place, I've never seen an all striper blitz on Staten Island before... There's always been blues mixed in, but not today. Landed 4 bass in those 40 minutes and had a lot more blow ups then that, all on topwater. My dad had 4 shorts when I left. 2 of mine were short 2 were keepers. I hope tommorow is half as good.
