Took a ride this morning out to a calm ocean looking for a few flatfish. Not much happening, went West to #6 Chapel Hill Channel and rode the tide out to the Swash Channel. All along picking short Fluke, plenty of Sea Robins for bait, two lone doggies and two keeper Fluke, one each for Tom and myself @ 18”. The short fish hit hard on Sea Robin strips and also accounted for the keepers. Nice day with a gentle breeze and a lot of sun.
Tomorrow Tom has the family out, maybe he can get some keepers for the grandkids. Pete
