Hope everyone's Christmas was great! I am working on the Weekly Outlook, but not sure when it will be complete. So, here's Monday abbreviated Outlook.

Cloudy with highs in the 40's and 50's. Cloudy with rain showers (wintry mix and freezing rain for northern areas) overnight. Lows in the 30's to 50's.

Water, surf and beach conditions will be cautious with Small Craft Advisories. Winds will be 15-20 knots with gusts to 25 knots and seas 3-6 feet.
