FISHERMEN/Thursdays Fishing report......
Found some better action today with nice keeper Fluke....Big Dave B fishing in the bow landed 8 fish including the pool fish at 6 pounds. Scotty Scuderi was also hot landing 10 fish through-out the day. Capt. Ron Sr. did his thing and I even managed to wet a line and land a nice 4 pound fish.
Had two Weakfish in the mix with a couple blues also. Ray had a nice 18 inch weakfish mid-morning and the second one went 15. Bait is still working best.
Conditions were still crap after the change of tide, seems we are forever stuck with Wind against! Starting to see more bait and fatter fish. Heard a report of loads of Sand eels on the NY side today. That's a first in a long time, must be the colder water, who knows.
