Question - stick it anchors
« on: June 24, 2017, 10:14:55 PM »
Has anyone tried using a stick it anchor iin our local Barnegat bay as an alternative to throwing out a standard anchor?   Just bought a brand new 18 foot bay boat and want to give the stick it anchor a try.   Comes with an engine mount bracket that holds the 8 foot stick.  Just manually push the stick down to hold your position   Third sites have Reviews people love it.  Want to know if anyone has first hand experience around here????    Just bought a 2017 key largo 180cc

I anchor up quite a bit when I am fishing for weakies with a slick of grass shrimp.
