Another mixed week for weather, but a majority of the week will have good water conditions. Showers and/or thunderstorms are possible all week, except Wednesday, and even Wednesday may have a lower chance of both. Temperatures will start off with low humidity in the 70’s and 80’s and by Thursday humidity will return at moderate levels with highs in the 80’s. Overnight lows will be in the 50’s to 70’s. Water conditions will be good for Monday through Wednesday. Thursday will have cautious conditions with SCA’s and winds to 25 knots and sees to 6 feet. Friday will have cautious conditions with winds to 20 knots and seas to 5 feet. Surf and beach conditions will be good through Wednesday and then cautious for Thursday and Friday. Rip Current Risk will be low through Wednesday and then Moderate to High on Thursday and Friday. Water temperatures are still steady in the 60’s and 70’s. UV Index will be Very High at 7-10/15.

A large area of high pressure will slowly move through the eastern U.S. early this week before moving offshore Wednesday and Thursday. A series of surface lows will move from the northern and central plains to the Great Lakes and Northeast from mid to late week, ushering in warmer and more humid air late this week and the upcoming weekend.

The Atlantic Tropics are quiet again.

Have a great week and thanks for reading!
