Shark River Inlet

Was in Belmar today and saw the Corps of Engineers Dredge working on the mouth of the inlet.  He seemed to be focused on the south side where the shoaling was the worst.

I saw them there the other day.  Hopefully, they will make a difference this time.  Last year, they wasted their time there.

It looks like they are making their way up north.  During the summer I saw the dredge in the Barnagate Inlet and the Manasquan Inlet as well.

Busy year for the inlets.
