Jenna P. 11/18 Striped Bass
« on: November 18, 2017, 06:57:01 PM »
Had Ron Venit Charter today.  We rounded the corner and found instant life. Put the shads in and all we could come up with was shorts.  Took a ride south to find nothing but the same.  Headed back towards home and found more shorts. 0 in the box. Seems like that nice body of fish we had  has moved on and are out of reach.

we have had the big ones from Asbury to seaside this week and a lot of the time you were killing it in Raritan bay we had nothing so feel good for us for the last week, also Friday we started to get big blues mixed in in the 50 foot depths [16-18 pounders] trolling and snagging have been great, we really thought that the fall run was gonna suck but this week bailed us out
