Re: Coastal Storm Thursday-Saturday

A potent and complex low pressure system will move out of the Plains, crossing NJ and into the Atlantic before moving north-northeast. Rains will begin as early as Thursday Morning and will last through early Saturday. This system will rapidly intense and bring, rain, wintry mix, snow, high winds, high seas, and coastal flooding across parts of the state. Areas to the north will see the greatest snow accumulations and to the south just rain. In between will see a mix and even a changeover of rain to snow. Winds will gust to 50 mph, seas will push 25 feet offshore. Coastal Flooding will be moderate with major levels possible. Tides will run 1-3 feet above High Astronomical Tide. Flooding could definitely push major levels, if the storm intensifies or tracks differently. More snow could be possible, as well.

Its better to sit in a boat and think about God, than to sit in a church and think about fishing.
