and we're back.
couple Sundays ago, we got out on Tombo's scow, and taking advantage of the flat bay, beelined it to the back with the rest of the fleet. I guess the bite was early, cause we din't see a fish caught in all that mayhem. There were so many boats it looked like the bug light on a Saturday afternoon in July.
Headed back east, where I picked up the first boofish of the year at the whistle.
Last Sunday was Ya Sista'z A$$' shakedown trip after she splash'd Friday. Boat is running well, we moved around and picked up short bass. Made another move over by the Knoll where there were more boats. Saw quite a few caught, heard good reports, mixed it up, still got squat. Gotta wash the stink off somehow. Gonna try again tonight after work.
