8/4 Fished the JCAA with Dannynick, headed out in Nautical conditions (borderline insane) to the ocean. Once we stopped started catching right away. Had our 4 man limit by 11 am, only keeping 11 saving a spot to try and top my 8.43 pound fluke but that was the biggest of the day, 2 pm fishing kind of slowed up so we picked the last keeper and headed to the scales. I personally donated at least 20 jogs to the sticky but thats the price you pay to catch fish. My fish took second in our port and 6th overall. Congrats to Irish Ayes his boat took first out of his port!
Sunday Fished with Captain Ed on the Halie Loren with NJSWF allstars, Kenny, Paul-e, Wreckfish, Reel Mccoy and hot pepper Ike. Went right to where they were Saturday and had the first keeper in about 5 minutes, fishing was red hot until the fleet showed up but we did manage 15 keeps to 8lbs. Donated another dozen or so to the ever expanding reef.
