This weekend aboard the Down Deep Bull we ran some more 6 am Jumbo Porgy trips with a big crowd of great new guys and gals. The anchor came tight, the sun came down and the Porgies came flying up all around the boat with double headers making quick work filling coolers, buckets, pails and totes. HH”s with up to seven dozen orls, non stop. Other assorted bottom dwellers rounded out huge bags of fillets while one mate filleted the entire trip, bagged, packed and iced for all to take while walking off the boat without waiting around.Thanks everyone for sailing with us and all others who continue booking all their Jumbo Ocean Fluke, Porgies, Triggerfish, Ling and bottom dweller meat trips going forward at a rapid pace.
