I'm sure it's a loophole that will soon be exploited and closed. My friend forwarded me an update from his marina stating they are open with a skeleton crew as the order states outdoor activities with immediate family are permitted. So basically all I have to do is call my buddy "brother" if anyone asks, should we choose to launch and have some fun. Not that we plan to since we are both "essential business workers" and have no time right now. Anyone have any thoughts or opinions on this? All chatter invited since it seems it's still "winter". lol
