AH, I am about to do it (well, my buddy from work and maybe Duffman will help too) in the spring.

Going to mount the Hydraulic unit in my center console (Bennet sent me extra long lines).
People who I ahev spoken to says it is not bad at all if any mechanical ability (which I do not posses).
Duffman did his as we spoke on it a few weeks ago, so I am sure he can chime in.
Every boat needs them as far as I am concerned.
What boat and tabs are you thinking of going with?

I was going to pay my marina, but they want 5-6 hours @ $110/hr to do it and Benet told me I should be able to do them with a friend in 3-3.5 hours, so that is what I am going to do.
Yes, Duff, plenty of beer (Miller lite I believe my boy drinks-bottles), so will get us a case or 2 for the install and take home
