Trout Fillets recipe?

Anybody have a good recipe for trout fillets?
I have a big Brown trout fillet in the freezer and all the tout recipes I see are for small whole trout..

Tried one last year lightly fried in oil. Didn't think too much of it and was looking for some ideas...
