It is a bit odd that there were only 133 fatalities of 710 contributed to alcohol (Their statistics) and yet they equate alcohol contributing to MOST of the fatalities? 

I don't allow anyone to get drunk on my boat, not even the guys stricktly fishing.  Not that I have had anybody even come close to drinking too much.  Anymore, most of the guys that fish with me don't bring ANY alcohol.  That is by their choice, not mine.
