Delawre river conditions
« on: March 26, 2008, 01:11:50 PM »
I cruised down by the river today near Trenton.
It was an outgoing tide seen one boat on the river in this area. The river is clean and water temp is around 41 degrees. I heard of shad being caught in Yardley. But still a little cool for the herring, Striper's are not far behind, When the cormorants start showing up you know the herring are there. Or you can watch the Lilac bushes, for the buds to start opening. t^

I was by there yesterday Skip.  The water looked real clean and it wasn't as high as I had expected it to be.  Soon Buddy, soon.   t^
