The 4 B's.... Bass, Blues, Bunkers, and Boxers...OOL3 Chunkin 4-22-08

After gassing up at 8, Got a late start on a go find them trip this morning with Jr on da Big Cat....

Jr tossed the net right in front of P.A. marina and we stuffed some bunkies in da well..... slow drive through the bay till we marked fish... first drop jr drifted a head and I a live one...... had a run off on the live right away as did Jr on the head..... both missed fish and both bass as they came back to the boat without marks.....So we throw the anchor... I cut my live one in half and chunk the rest..... Within 5 minutes my drag screams and i decked the first bass of the season on the OOL3..... fish went 16.2 # on the digital... I would say between the 2 of us we had 5-8 legit bass run offs all short dropped with no teeth marks.... all we could figure was smaller fish..... then the gators came a knocking..... We BAILED blues like it was the 4th of July....started as 5#'s then the big bitches woke up... breaking off blues in the 12-15 # range..... we did manage to box 4 after up'ing our leaders to 50#test...... If we had wire we could of cornered the market on blues......

also seen guys doing WELL on the troll out by the 1 can off of Keyport .....

as the tide slacked off so did the bite though i did hook a bigger bass at quiting time... got him to the boat and def bigger than my first... and mr jerkoff blues comes out of no where and goes for the head that was just ahead of the basses mouth and slices the line off just as jr went for the net...

Fish are there and will take the bunker chunks.....

Mike, uda man..I really appreciate that!! I actually got the marina on the phone a few min. ago, and now they think they can splash us in the next day or two into a temporary. slip until the rebuild our dock..  But failing that I would surely take you up on your generous offer, thanks! ;D I'll be in touch..
