« on: April 28, 2008, 10:35:34 AM »
Wow was it nice sleeping in ;D.

I called my friend Steve at 9:45 am & said are we going he said Art I will call you back. The phone rings and Steve says Art be at my house at noon.I loaded up my car & cooler and met Steve at 11:45 am.1st stop bait shop on rte 23.Picked large Shinners & off we went to Lake Waywayanda.Steve launched his Monark and as soon as he dropped down he was hooked up with a 18" hold over Brown.Afer netting the 18" Brown i look at my rod and out goes the line out of the strike guard.I let the fish run and set the hook and start reeling I see the Brown on top and all of a sudden the trout spits the hook on the surface. For the next 3 hrs we never had another bite. All & All is was a nice overcast day at Lake Waywayanda.
