Labor Day on the big D
« on: September 03, 2007, 07:47:16 PM »
I needed to wash off a little salt today and the big D fit the bill.
Met up with Poncho and a gang of fishermen/women.
It was just a great day on the river...........Lot's of smallmouth bass and Poncho won the pool(all fish were released) with what I guess appx 26" walleye, the fish took a pink gulp mullet on a 3/8 oz pink jig head.........Lot's of laughs with fine folks!
Hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable Labor day.
 I am beat :P

Awesome fish man, i fish the Big D all the time. Near Pike county pennsylvania though. Right where NY, PA, and NJ all meet. Usually for trout and smallies. Nice job.

Fish On
Give a man a fish, and he can eat for a day. But teach a man how to fish, and he'll be dead of mercury poisoning inside of three years.

Great pic Ed, Thank You! Sooooo glad you made it!!! I gotta work on my abs!!! That picture doesn't do the fish justice! Looks alot smaller than it was with my big beer gut in the pic! Got to get in shape for bow season so I can use my climber. I have plenty of time before bow season starts right?
