5-7 rb report

Left the dock around 5p and headed towards the hook. Ran into tons of birds on the inside and outside of the hook that were chasing rainfish. Hooked a bunch of 2-3 lb blues. No bass so we went to great kills to snag some bunkers and started drifting outside of the old orchard shoal area. We hooked 4 bass, 30" 35" 35" 36". 2 on chunks and 2 on heads. Also a bunch of 5lb blues. The bite dried up with the tide and the snotty weather got nice so we had a great ride back to the marina.
