I agree that is sucks to have to pay. On the other hand could you imagine what it would be like if anyone could just go for free with no regulation? The access points would be clogged up with morons trying to drive thier Honda Civics onto the sand.

Some have tried and all have failed...Now that could get expensive.  If the tow truck has to go off road it is a minimum of $500.00.  Plus a good stiff fine.
