first batch of trout for the year just out of the smoker

well guys I just pulled the first batch of the year.. the look good and smell even better. They are always better after they sit in the fridge for at least a day so I will resist the urge to eat any tonight.. ;D

Friday and Saturday are a no go for me. Sunday and Monday on the other hand, I will be fishing somewhere and not fresh water..

I have a bunch more to smoke so I will definatly get some to you... ;D

I smoked some saterday and they came out great ,they are all gone now so I need to get more ,I let them hit a temp of 150 then I pulled them out

I usually get a good smudge going at 140-150 for alittle over an hour then raise the temp to 175-185 for another hour.. This is good for the smaller fish but the bigger ones will probally take another 2 hours..
