6/18 Manasquan Striper Trip
« on: June 19, 2008, 06:40:02 AM »
Fished last evening, left Manasquan inlet @ 3:30. Headed North, found bunker @ mile north of the inlet. Brother in law Boated 1 bass 36lbs. Had another one on, lost it.  Saw some nice surface action in the distance. Than the porpoise showed up, along with some nice thunder heads.  All and all fun trip. Like the last report I just read, seems to be a little better further out than the closer in. And the bite was better early on.
