Met with LAB, who is crewing with The Broken One on team TNT. He presented me with three more entry fees tonight. All three also entered into the Calcutta.

Fish Monger, Team Baccolla and Team TNT. Front page updated with crews.

Final prize structure.

1st place = $200
2nd place = $100
3rd place = $50

Lunker fish = $180
Ten teams entered the calcutta making the calcutta prize $500.

Good luck to all. Don't forget your weigh in slips. Print them out TONIGHT so you don't forget them.

Everybody have a safe, enjoyable day of fishing.

Team "Sea Dog II" Reporting todays catch.....
Two (2) keepers, one 18" and one 21", not enough to weigh in. Had about 15+ throw backs (most in the 17" range)and fished Hook area till 2:00pm.

Team Irish Ayes just returned from the marina's pig roast. We didn't weigh in for the marina tourney as the big fish was 9#, 7.5# and 7#. Our largest was 3.6.


Our four weigh in fish were:
1.) 2.14
2.) 2.10
3.) 3.6
4.) 3.4

Weighed in at R&M Tackle (formerly Captain Bill's) Nice people if anyone is in the Belmar/Shark River area and needs supplies or bait.

We did manage five keepers and 7 keeper sea bass. Fished the morning at Shrewsbury Rocks. We fishing beside Team Baccala for a while. Nice seeing you guys on the water.

Fishing was slow until about 10am. Then he bite turned on for about an hour and died again with the increasing wind. Wind from the south in the afternoon made for a bumpy ride back to the barn.

Hopefully, pics of the weigh in will follow. I'm on a laptop that is v-e-r-y  s-l-o-w.
