Upper New York Bay 7-18-08
« on: July 18, 2008, 12:20:41 PM »
Short outing today. I knew it was going to be a bad day as soon as I got there, the spot I always fish was taken by some new guy. rgmn Started fishing about 10 this morning and got home just before 12. Only had 2 bites on bunker chunks. Felt like over 100 degs. out there. Way too hot and no wind either. The flies were out in full force too. O'well, better luck next time.

Heck of an effort gymrat, I give you credit, good try. I took a short ride to the post office, and that was enough for me with the heat, stayed in air conditioning for the rest of the day.
