Skippered the Bandit again today. went back up to the rocks after not seeing any jig fish.

Much Better Today

Beat on them pretty good today for the first hour.
with 3 and 4 on at at time for our 12 anglers...

Filled the exacto by 10 am and played catch and release until 12. The action slowed to a 1,2 and wait pic...

No south wind grtn, but still was a heave left over rgmn...

Pt pleasant elks tourney on the Monger tomorrow

Nice catch and thanks for the report.  Gotta love them blues for great action...when they are around!  One of my most memorable surf fishing catches was a bluefish blitz in the surf around Seaside Park and all the way north to Lavallette in the late summer/early fall.  It was almost too easy fishing, but boy was it fun!!
