It was something the people who are actively involved in fishing knew all along but could not convince the outsiders.

As they say, money talks, BS walks. As soon as we put up the $$$ for the scientists, the pols and others listened.

The enviros didn't have a thing to hang their hat on except for their unproven rant and rave about dooms day.

This master of the obvious could re-use this quote for just about any government-run program, committee, or agency.

I think I'd have somewhere around A FLUKE LIMIT EVERY TIME I WENT OUT THIS YEAR and I'd not be the only one if we were back at the 17" min size.

I'm no rocket surgeon and I don't even play one on TV and even I can see thru that cr@p. Next you'l tell me there won't be any money left in Social Security when I retire... or better yet you'll raise the eligible age so I'm dead before I can collect....     

But I'm not bitter.....
