Hello all,
I've been snooping around here for a couple of weeks before finally signing up today. I really appreciate all the great info everyone has. I live in a small town in central Jersey (South River). Years back I was a die hard salt water fisherman by boat. Now my kids are getting a bit older and after 10 years I'm back, but it is a whole new ball game without a boat. Past few weeks we made our way to the Keansburg pier a few times. They had a blast, caught over a dozen snappers, 18" sea bass and few small porgies. I see a few members here fish the Point Pleasant canal, I hope to make it down there by the end of the month.
