Good Morning Kevin, Thank you for writing concerning your problem with our Tsunami rod. Please let me know what the item number is (it is stamped on the shaft of the rod) so I can be sure we have them in stock before you make the trip up here. We are located in Mahwah, right off of Rt. 17.  Once I check stock I will let you know, and then you can tell me when you would like to come up here for an exchange. have a good day, CherylCustomer ServiceBimini Bay Outfitters

WOW THAT IS GREAT. I HAVE BEEN CHECKING OUT THOSE RODS I LIKE THAT X GRIP. I HAD A QUARROW THAT BROKE THIS SPRING, LIKE 160 BUCKS. I WAS USING A SABAKI RIG WITH HALF OUNCE SINKER, HAD THREE HERRING ON AND THE TOP OF THE ROD JUST FELL APART. SNAPPED IN THREE PLACES. I CALLED THEM EMAILED THEM AND SENT A LETTER, THEY DIDNT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING. NO GOOD. IT WAS A 6'6 ROD WITH LONG BUT END TIDE RUNNER SERIES UP TO 30LB LINE WEIGHT. EXPENSIVE HUNK OF CRAP. LOVED THE ROD WHEN IT WAS TOGEATHER, ITJUST DIDNT LAST.  GO TSUNAMI, I LIKE TO HEAR THAT.

Art,
Ray and Chris came after I left.. Our full time fishing dept. crew was Will Nitchmann (now with Frank's Tackle wholesaler in Jobstown) Nicky, Fly guru Bob Atticks, and myself.. Bob is the only one still there now. We had a lot of fun back in the day.  TT^
