Capt John took 7 regulars on the JP II directly to the Reach where we had wind against conditions for the last half of the incoming....nailed a few keepers there and made a bee line to Flynn's Knoll where we landed mostly shorts.
Fished the Sandy Hook Channel at the flood and slack tide where a few more keeps were landed....lots of short fish, robins and one or two skates......tide and wind were screaming so the Capt headed towards the end of the reach for one last drift up to the TC buoy.
Back at the dock late today at 4 PM....today was not to be for keepers, not for lack of effort by Capt. John.....tough conditions for most of the day , but lots of action and great day to be out on the water.
