I was reading Al's report and he mentioned Breezy Pt.

I would like to target these fish my friend has a 23ft CC Polar boat...

Couple Questions?
What is the best way to catch these bad boys?
Jigs?
Spearing?

Are there other places these fish hangout?

Any other advice is greater appreciated
