  • Can't Cast..Can't Fish.. I guess I Caught a 22
Hello my Friends!
« on: September 29, 2008, 02:26:28 AM »
I just wanted to say hello to everyone, since it has been so long. It seems that full time work plus + time school = no time to fish. A lack of funds and time have come together to kill all fishin opportunity for me. I am hoping to get some time this coming Sunday on Mom's boat, since when Mom goes, Mom pays....Love Mom!!! chrz
I still check in and read the reports when I find the time, but It is bittersweet since I wish I was fishing and not just reading about it.I hope to get the Jeep onto the beach soon and see if I can produce at least once during this coming fall run.
I also would like to get out with Paul and Ken at least once in the next couple of months ( Hi Paul  slt , Hi Ken  grtn ) And what's up with the "Surfrocketschick" stuff. How did that happen. Bunkertinis are the new Spanish Fly? Anyway, I just want to say hello and I hope that next time I get the chance to report ion something better than my "lack of Fishin!!!"

Hey Sean as I tell my son (Fish4Life)school first, but he has your problem solved, He is a marine Bio student and spends a lot of his time near the water and makes me jealous since he seems to get more fihing time then I do. TT^

Hi Sean,

I knew you were working a lot but wow it seems like you have taken up residency there.  School is important as I keep pounding that into my daughter.  She is a freshman at OCC and I think it is coming to easy for her.  I hope the classes get a little harder unless it is my imagination.

Hi Skip, it looks like Drew is hard at work in that picture.  I guess he gets some real heavy homework like about 20 to 30 pounders.  rofla rofla hhppy hhppy

Sean good luck on Sunday and maybe you can make the outing on the beach whenever we have it keep looking it should get ironed out soon.

Happy Catching

Paul

grtn...yeah fishing understandably takes a back seat to work and school.  The good thing is, the fish will always be there in some form or another when you are done and can get out!!

Nice pics Pops!  Beautiful landscape and area to fish.  Your son is in Maine, correct?  Is he going to COA in Bar Harbor area?  If so, I looked very heavily at that school. I loved it up there and loved the college.  It was my #2 choice, but when it came time to decide...my parents said "no way!"  I went to my #5 choice, but ohhhh well.  Good luck to him and keep fishing!
