For the top section I used an epoxy that said it worked for wood and Fiberglass.
I marked the carpet from the pieces of wood and cut it away.
There was glue that remained on the fiber glass from the carpet..
I scrapped as much of it off as i could.. then in 3 locations , Top Middle and Bottom I gouged up the fiberglass.
I then applied the epoxy (the type that is in the tube that sends it out equally) to the top middle and bottom of the teak.. half the tube in 3 mountains of epoxy for each pc of wood.
I then mixed the epoxy on the back or the teak and put them up.
The one by the seat i wedged a container up on it.. and the other one I was able to use a boat pole .. I let them sit for the week.. 1 day would have been fine.. then I installed the rod holders.
The ones on the bottom where easier
I used a 5 minute epoxy.. since I didn't think I'd be able to support them to dry.. I was able to let go in 5 minutes 30 minutes later I hung the rods
