Went out for the outgoing Monday @the rips and had way too much wind and the drift was horrible. 5 mph and no marks. had 1 blue eat a half an eel.
Figuring tues would be better I did a solo trip with the same results except the drift was way slower. I also had a few runs on the baitrunner that acted like schoolies. Saw a couple fish thrown back but couldn't ID.
I bounced around a bit both days around the hook area but the same everywhere.
I don't know where the fish went the last week or so but I will find them. Even if I have to do a day trip and catch schooolies all day.
