Back att the toggin today.
Had Randy and fellow co-workers from the local 9 pipe fitters. Got off to a late 8am start. Headed up to the ground to finds boats fishing on most of the bottom i been fishing,. worked out in our favor. Got set up on a small pile.
Best day of the season so far size wise for us.
1 stop shopping today just had to adjust once,. even with the late start had easy boat limit.
Most of the crew never blackfished before, but it didnt matter The guys
listened very well. Had a good hour of md bite then a good pic. After that a few bigger fish came out to play .
We had 13 Fish From 6lbs to the largest at 10lbs Broke a bunch off too. Most of the other were quality boxers. Played catch and after the limit for a few hours.
Total was over 70 keeper size fish only kept the nicer ones and let a lot of keepers and shorts go free. Kept the legal limit.
Really impressed with the guys today, they got the knack quickly. great job fellas .
