Thank You SSFFF
« on: March 06, 2009, 02:05:17 PM »
Whether you like the 2009 regulations or not, I would like to Thank SSFFF for all their efforts.  These folks take time out of their personal lives and business lives to make this organization work.  The leadership does not ask for personal money for their time and expenses.  The leadership works a lot of hours to try to give us some kind of Fluke season.  And yes, I realize they want to stay in business as well.

I do not like losing Labor Day.  Personally, I am fine with six keepers.  I'd rather the fish be smaller and we have a cap.  Say, sixteen or sixteen and a half and a six fish bag.  No smaller and a cap of say seventeen and a half.  Or something like that.  So the breeders swim away.

Again, Thank You SSFFF for all your dedication.  I know this Great American Fisherman truly appreciates all your hard work.

BTW, I only fish on party boats that support www.ssfff.net

Thank you!

I too would like to thank the SSFFF for their continued fight in the effort to better the fluke regulations. Without their effort we would not be pissed that the season is a tad shorter than years past, we would be pissed that we have no season at all.

We all need to support the organizations that are working for us.  t^

I too would like to thank the people that run and support the SSFFF.

As Joe mentioned, without their hard work we would very possibly be looking at a full closure of the fishery.

I'll be at the show on the Friday.  I would like to get a sweatshirt if they have them.

The Gambler is also having a booth.
