NY Saltwater Fishing License

I went to the Suffern show today and spoke with a gent from the NY DEC. He told me he didn’t know if the saltwater license would pass, but he did know that any changes would not take place till the new license year starts. NY license year is from 10/01 till 9/30. So at least we are good till October 2009.
