im currently looking for a 2nd deckhand to work on the charter boat as a fill in, in case my mate has a sudden problem or emergency and cant work on any of my scheduled trips. this candidate must be knowledgeable of all types of fishing and mechanics are a plus. my boat is located highlands nj. as much possible notice will be given to said person but flexibility is a definate plus!
