Sat 3/14 Report

Sat morning John picked me up at 7:30 am.John got us to Freds Bait & tackle in no time.We arrived at 8:15 am.In the parking lot there was a white pick up truck & as soon as John parked his truck a guy jumps out of his truck & the guys starts hugging me  ;) I said WTF  nosmly SHUTUP&FISH (aka Mike) replies I haven't seen you since last year.Ok Mike bang it down & let's go buy some Clams.10 minutes later we were on our way to the spot.John & Mike parked there trucks & off we went.The 3 of us fished the last 2 hrs of the Flood & the 1st hr of the ebb.Drum roll please > I am proud to say the 3 of us caught the skunk.  At 12:30 Mike left and John & myself baited up 1 more time & we decided to pack it in at 1 pm.Since we weren't far from the Keyport Fishery we had to make a stop.John & myself enjoyed a Shrimp Platter and we washed it down with a few cold ones.Although the catching was not happpening we got out & had a blast.

Mike & myself are heading back this Wed.

Great effort. As was said before, you gotta be in it to win it.

Fishing will be heating up before too long. It is better to be the first to know about it by geing there instead of reading about it.  t^
