Cozumel report, 4/9
« on: April 11, 2009, 01:39:55 AM »
Went out Thursday trolling for mahi, marlin, sailfish and wahoo. Did a halfday trip, when my dad gets home from Coz Ill get the boat info. Top notch crew, they set out a spread of teasers and rigged ballyhoos and we trolled the south end. Bout 2 hours in we saw some birds working bait and worked our way towards em, I was hooked up on a fish 5 minutes later. 25 minutes pass after a good fight --

Fish weighed in at 37 on the scale on the boat right out of the water.

All in all great trip with top notch crew. My brother hooked into a sailfish or marlin but it shook the hook when it jumped.

I have more pictures from diving that Ill throw up here for you guys, I had the privilege of getting to do some cave diving on the mainland wednesday.
