Water inside and none in motor !

I get water in the little shelf above the "bed" thats on the side of the boat its not a lot but enough to  rgmn .. and on the floor  any ideas ? its a  97 seaswirl Im going to try and reseal the rails and  new gasket on the window....

After getting a new water pump in the motor 700$ later I think i just have to paint bottom and wash n wax and paint the depth finder... anything im forgetting? 5hrug

Hey Salty

On the Seaswirl if it's your starboard side where your getting the water inside the cabin, check your horn, oval shaped white cover on the outside. I had the same problem. Hope this helps  t^

Yea irish they did new ones and flushed it i should get it back this week i hope .... Didnt think of  that horn  !!  Great idea ill have to check that ! Thanks !! t^

The way I find leaks is to wait for a dry day, and get out the garden hose. Just duplicate any thing from a drizzle to a downpour. I start at the lowest point where a leak could occur and work my way up. Matt

I had the same problem with my Seaswirl with the water on the shelf it was coming from the anchor pullpit were the wires go threw for the nav lights I'm glad you made this thread because I forgot all about it LOL now I have one more thing to do thanks

good idea matt !! ..... yea fish  they dropped lower end unit and replaced pump and thermostats and checked inside it was burned pretty bad so have to make sure no parts are inside the engine .... most is the damn labor  thats what kills you.
