Friday, May 8
« on: May 06, 2009, 07:18:31 PM »
What do you all think of the weather and seas for Friday, May 8?  Looks iffy at best.  Maybe a huge swell after tonight and tomorrow?  Maybe the best bet is wait til next week......

Thanks

Your probably right Jim, I think the ocean will be a little sporty this weekend myself.

I may try for some stripers off the beach this weekend....

Jim, If your hitting the beach I say go.If your thinking boat..keep up to date on weatherreports. ..but as Yogi Berra says ..90% of the time the're wrong 50% of the time.
I plan on doing the same. Good Luck. t^

Thanks.  I wanted to go on the Angler.  I think there will be heavy current and a swell.  What a mess this week has been.  Oh well, I will try next Friday.

The deal with the bay is, the Raritan is very muddy, maybe its headed or already in the bay?  Lots of murky water?  Who knows.

Well, if I can hit the Angler next Friday, I will have pictures and a full report.

Be good!

Surprising the ocean down here looks pretty clear as is the back bay behind IBSP.
