Hit the park today for the end of incoming. Tried bunker, clam and plugs. Nothing.
There was easily 100 rods in the water within my view. Only thing I saw caught in 3 hours was a robin by the guy next to me.
There were fish busting the surface out of casting range for over an hour. They even moved in almost close enough. Everyone hurried and threw plugs at them....nothing. Boats moved over the pod and left quickly, so I guess they weren't getting anything out of it either.
Weather was great and the water was nice, not too rough and getting warm enough to walk out into to cast without waders.
