went out this last sunday the 28th with my 8 year old son,my cousin and his son in law..my first time on this particular boat,usually fish the 3/4 day boats right next to it,aka..angler,or capt rons fisherman
..but being the boys first time i figured a 1/2 day boat is enuff to get him started..he did real good,never once complained of feeling seasick or anything,which was a plus,everyone on the boat,capt.,crew,and other passengers were real nice to him..and even thoug the fishing totally sucked..i bet there wasnt 12 keepers on the whole boat,,he was able to put 2 shorts at 14".over the rail all by himself..he hooked them and landed them all by himself..that alone made the trip awsome..he really enjoyed it..and wants to go again,so next time its gonna be on a 3/4 day boat..maybe by then there will be a better fluke bite,sundays was terrible..lol..
