Welcome grtn!  Never fished Brigantine, but I know a few members have and will chime in as soon as they get off the beach ;D.  There are several larger surf fishing tournaments down there, if that says anything about the the beaches down there?

Although he doesn't post much, my friend Jerry (MarshHawk) fishes the beach at Brigantine a lot.  And he often does quite well.  This year he's had a couple of stripers over 40" from there. t^

the north side of the south jetty is a nice spot also....used to live there awhile back....in the fall, dont forget to try bouncing eels off the old bridge at night!
