Today I had charter regular Ed McGinnis out for an awesome day of inshore seabassing. The plan was to hit them hard before the bad weather came in. I decided to run it as a crew trip so I could enjoy some of this drop and reel fishing for myself
. I looked for some of the 14" porgies that we have been throwing back for the last few weeks and of course found none now that the season is open. Once again the seabass fishing was on fire. We had our 2 man limit by 11:30, just in time to ride through a nice down pour on our way back to the inlet. At the cleaning table we both could not believe the amount of 15plus inch fish. It was some real nice quality.I only had to net a dozen of Ed's fish today
. A great day to spend with a great person and one very good fisherman. Catch em all and good luck
