Bunker snaging for big bass

Has anyone tried snaging lately my last trip was on 7/11 started fluking found some bunker landed five bass to 41lbs also my nine year old landed his biggest at 36lbs both weighed in at the fishermans den in Belmar ;D

I have not snagged Bunker this July.  June was more productive for me.

While we were Fluking on Sun (7/19) the area was loaded with Bunker, I would say a good 3 acres of fish........they were just splish splashing along very happy.

We snagged a couple and had them out quite awhile nothing
