Hunter 2- Thurs, Raritan Reach shorties

Left the dock in Keyport around 2pm for a short trip after rewiring the instrument panel lights. Head over to the Buoy 42 rockpile in the reach and drifted up 7 short Fluke in 2 1/2 hours on Spearing and Squid strips and Gulp yellow swimming Minnows. All were caught drifting down the channel edge into deeper water. I might head out tommorrow into the Ambrose channel if the weather looks okay.
